Electronic Case Information Form (e-CIF) for the Philippines

The Philippines has introduced a new health declaration form to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. All individuals traveling to the Philippines are now required to complete the e-CIF before entering the country.

Governments around the world have implemented similar health certificates in response to the coronavirus pandemic. The contact details and travel information provided can be used to more effectively track overseas visitors and minimize infection rates.

After registering their details with the online e-CIF system, travelers are issued with a reference number and barcode which they will be required to present on arrival.
